1. Our 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unused and unworn.
- With all original tags and packaging intact.
- In its original, unopened condition (for health and personal care items, and sealed goods).
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return

In your email, please provide the following information:
- Your full name and order number.
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
- Clear photographs of the item(s) if the return is due to damage or a defect.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please include photos of the damage in your return request email. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.
- Wrong Item: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide instructions for the return of the incorrect item at our expense.

- Items without original tags or packaging.
- Used or worn items: Unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
- Rejected Refunds: If your return is rejected because the item does not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., it is used or damaged by the customer), we will contact you to discuss the options for returning the item to you, at your expense.

- Non-defective/Non-damaged Returns: You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Damaged/Defective/Wrong Item Returns: If the return is due to our error (e.g., the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect), we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse you for the return shipping costs.
